The times listed on the day trip’s web page are from when the coach will leave the meeting point in the morning, until an approximate arrival back to the departure city. Arrival times back are subject to traffic, weather and road conditions, which are beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee exact time of arrival.
Day trips from Cardiff are subject to minimum numbers. If a trip does not meet minimum requirements, the trip may be unable to go ahead. In this case a full refund would be provided.
If you can no longer attend, you may be able to get your money back （£5 admin fee will be deducted from the refund） if you can either find a replacement. If this case, you must inform us by email info@gototravel.co.uk no later than 24 hours before the tour.
If the trip cannot go ahead due to a force-majeure (such as a lockdown or natural disaster) you would be provided with a full refund.
Please be on time for the coach. If you are late and the coach leaves without you, we are not responsible for your transportation and you will not receive a refund.
